SQL Excel

Hi,

I'm trying to connect a 4D application. It works fine with the ODBC driver from 4D and with Msquery (with the excel "import data" function).

But, it seems here that all the tables are empty. The only thing left is the *.

Is there something to solve the puzzle ?

Sorry for the issue.

It sounds like you did everything right but unfortunately I have not tested the addin with a 4D database and can't give you a response straight away.. If you can see the tables from MS Query then normally you should be able to see them from SQL Excel.

I already downloaded the trial and will set up one of the sample databases tomorrow.. Sorry it is too late here now to do it tonight..

Sorry for that. I will be back tomorrow. If you find out how to get this working please post it back up. Will do my best tomorrow evening to find out what is happening.

fyi, I got a sample DB4 database running on my machine but didnt get the connection working yet.. I have to get the DB4 odbc drivers which werent installed with the initial install for some reason.
Sorry for delay but cant look at it tonight. Will be back as soon as I have an update on this...
